Unica HD stands out for its simple and intuitive interface, as well as for an optimal arrangement of the machine components. It is particularly suitable for the preparation of complex recipes.

Operation:

The ingredients are stored in stainless steel silos with a capacity of 50 liters each; they are then weighed using augers and other anti-packing accessories inside a bucket that, positioned on the electronic scale, moves automatically to position itself under the appropriate silo.

To select the recipe to be weighed, simply use the touch screen panel of the control computer, where all the recipes are stored and information on the operations in progress is displayed (accessible only through protection).

The bucket-carrying trolley moves, according to the established sequence, under the silos of the ingredients of the recipe to be dosed and, at the end of the process, returns to the collection area.

All Lawer machines are equipped with a simple and intuitive control system, to allow smooth management of the production process.

In just a few hours it is possible to train a production worker without having to teach him all the details of the recipes.

Storage containers

The silos have a capacity of 50 liters each and are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, independent and removable for washing. Each container is equipped with an independent and manually removable lid and with a dispensing mouth cap that is easily removable for cleaning. A dosing screw with an 8-spoke floating fan (patented device) and an effective anti-packing system ensure the perfect dosing of any powdered ingredient for each individual container.

Weighing scale with a capacity of 30 kg and a resolution of 1 gr.

It is used for weighing solid products normally used in the preparation of recipes, even if they are not present among the ingredients loaded into the machine. If they are weighed by the scale, it is possible to account for them in the management system of the machine itself and thus verify consumption and costs. In this way, it is possible to use Unica as a management system for accounting for the products dosed and used in the preparation of recipes.

Effective suction and filtration system

It is an automatic system that guarantees perfect cleaning of the machine during manual filling of containers and automatic weighing of ingredients. All volatile powders are conveyed to the cartridge filters on the machine.
