MTR Automatic filling-capping machine

This is a rotating machine specifically designed for tubes in metal, polyethylene and laminates. It can reach the speed of 75 bpm and is offered in various versions in order to meet every need. It is possible to insert and position the tubes automatically. The structure, with mechanical movements, is solid and it is possible to make electronic adjustments. Various options on request.

G250 Dual-carousel monobloc 

The machine's speed is 60bpm or 110bpm. Version with conveyor belt for unstable vials. Suitable for filling liquid, cream, and powder products, with automatic capping station. Possibility of wide range of options and accessories. Built to high qualitative standards, and available also in versions for sterile environments or with laminar flow. The machine is designed for rapid, easy cleaning and easy maintenance. The dispensing and capping areas are separated by panels. All parts that come into contact with the product may be dismantled for easy cleaning.   

Turbomix unit for mixing and emulsifying in vacuum-packaging conditions

This is a complete, independent unit with an incorporated heating system, and includes a counter-rotation scraper, mixing, and homogenization with turbine on the bottom of the vessel. It is perfect for the complete and reproducible processing of creamy and dense products that are uniformly mixed with subsequent homogenization and dispersion of the fats and active ingredients. The main products obtainable are: creams, cleansing milks, balsams, lotions, gels, ointments, toothpastes, pastes, salves for pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and chemical products.
