The beauty fair closes the 2019 edition with a new attendance record, over 265 thousand professional visitors have chosen to discover the news in the cosmetic and perfumery world. Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna is consolidated as the main event for the entire beauty industry.

Really interesting numbers, the current ones, the fair in fact reached, in this edition, both the visitors record and the record number of exhibitors, with the participation of 3.033 companies, coming from 70 countries. It is precisely the case to say "Worldwide", as Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna has already moved out of Italy for some time, creating collaborations and preparing events and pre and post fair events in North America, South America and Europe. Now, the announcement is official, from 2020 new projects will be launched in Asia and Africa.

The turnover deriving from the export is growing and registers a + 3.6%, for a value of 4,800 million euros. The overall turnover is 11.2 billion euros, also increasing by 2.1% (Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna data).

The innovations can be traced back to the focal element of all markets, today, eco-sustainability. At the center of all the new proposals, in fact, or most of them, there are formulations and green packaging, productions of solutions for the body, nails and hair with natural and biodegradable resources. The goal is to have the Kurdish self and the environment, to look for raw materials in nature and to rework them in order to create an ever new impulse for the circular economy also in the cosmetic industry.

Color is another element that has characterized this edition of Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna: it is clearly in evidence, shiny and fun, sometimes vintage and seeks naturalness in every shade.

Among the product innovations there are certainly curious solutions such as lipsticks made with nice boxes with cover made like puppets and playful characters, green face and body treatments for a beauty routine inspired by one's own spiritual and ayurvedic path. First of all, the new, highly sought-after system, promoted with full marks by Cosmoprof, that is the "Cindarella Effect": a trend that is very widespread today and allows to immediately obtain visual beauty effects even if they do not last long, just a few hours after the application of lipsticks, foundations, powders, mascara, etc.
