1- AUGER SOFT SYSTEM® FOR SMALL TO MEDIUM CAPACITY

Wine making machines Soft System®Soft System® wine-making machine is a unique system, it’s one of a kind, Gortani’s flagship product. Ensuring the same optimal performance already achieved by Enomatic wine-making machines, this patented wine-making system allows a soft and natural holding of the antique and efficient plunging process.

The flexibility in handling the plunging process is ensured by the long stroke of the stainless steel auger and by the use of a software that, thanks to a touchscreen-based console running a multilingual and easy-to-use application, allows a personalized operation of the wine-making machine, from 20% up to 90% of its own capacity.

2- AUGER SOFT SYSTEM® FOR MEDIUM TO LARGE CAPACITY

In addition to the optimal performance provided by the Enomatic equipment, the 2-auger Soft System® wine-making machine allows the operator to act on the cap of the marc in two different ways. First, using the long-stroke stainless steel augers in an individual and independent way, which let the cap to be overturned and partially broken and its mass to become homogeneous. Then, acting simultaneously with the two long-stroke stainless steel augers, ensuring the complete immersion of the cap into the must, so that to have it releasing all its flavors and colors during the following resurfacing and obtaining the best wine out of your grapes.


ENOMATIC MINOR AND ENOMATIC MAXI

Enomatic wine-making machines are products studied and designed for vinification, able to automate the repetitive operations of the wine-making process on one side and, on the other, to act as a storage tank as well. They are provided with a functional and reliable equipment that allows the automated pump-over, the macro-oxygenation, the mechanized extraction of grape-pips and of the marc, the thermal conditioning and storage of the wine.

MICRO-VINIFICATION

Micro-vinification is a technical experimental method aiming to conduct studies and research activities with the purpose to develop and improve the grapevine planting, winemaking and commercialization techniques. The micro-vinification equipment has the goal to develop innovative tools and techniques in order to improve the quality of wines through applied research projects, highlighting the new achievements.
