ANTICORROSION COATING OF FINNED PACK HEAT EXCHANGERS: Blygold

Impresa Donelli has signed a License Agreement in 2009 to establish a cooperation with Blygold International, a Dutch company renowned worldwide for its innovative solutions for the anti-corrosion protection of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.

The wide range of Blygold products and services responds to all HVAC/R needs, including:

• HVAC/R systems efficiency and reliability;
• Resistance to aggressive acids (i.e. H2S), environments and climates (i.e. Polual XT is UV resistant);
• Resistance to temperature (i.e. Polual XT High Temp is resistant up to 650°C);
• Products specifically developed for MCHX (PoluAl MC);
• Quality of air standards (i.e. Polual XT MB is specifically developed for hygienically sensitive environments such as hospitals and their surgery rooms).

Coating specifically developed for the protection of microchannel heat exchangers: Blygold PoluAl MC

The microchannel heat exchangers have a different design than traditional finned pack heat exchangers. In addition, the brazing process is different and the presence of horizontal tubes generates a greater accumulation of pollutants.
All these special features have made necessary the development of appropriate and dedicated anti-corrosion solutions.
Blygold PoluAl MC allows improving the efficiency and the duration of the heat exchangers, it reduces the risk of leakages resulting in malfunctioning and release of the refrigerant into the atmosphere.

Anticorrosion coating resistant to bacteria and fungi in line with the European regulation on biocides (BPR) Blygold PoluAl XT MB

Blygold PoluAl XT-MB is a corrosion protective coating for cooling coils and evaporators.
The coating shields vulnerable metals from aggressive environments.
The aluminum content in the coating provides the necessary heat conductivity to make sure that coated heat exchangers have an optimal cooling capacity.
Special additives ensure the applied coating film is bacteria and fungi resistant.

ANTICORROSION COATING WITH THERMOSETTING MODIFIED PHENOLIC COATING: HERESITE P413

Heresite P413 is perfect for the application on finned pack heat exchangers and microchannel heat exchangers , a self-priming, thermosetting modified phenolic coating with high corrosion resistance and chemical inertia even if applied at low thickness.

Heresite P413 requires a final polymerization at 190°C and thus it is not suitable for touch-ups.

Anticorrosion protection of HVAC Coils - Thermoguard

Impresa Donelli is the Italian licensee of Thermoguard since 2010!
The application is carried out on site on copper-aluminum battery and copper-copper battery by Thermoguard certified applicators under the supervision of Thermoguard qualified inspectors at Donelli Alexo S.r.l. facilities (Via F. Somma, 64 – Cuggiono, MI). Donelli Alexo and Impresa Donelli S.r.l. share an ISO 9001 certified quality system.
