We manufacture steel wire rope slings and slings designed for lifting and handling slabs and blocks of marble, granite, and stone materials, compliant with the main European standards for lifting safety.
The lifting slings are made to customer specifications and coated with polyester tape or a cut-resistant Dyneema sheath, in accordance with the requirements of the EN 1492-1 standard for synthetic fiber slings.
The coating ensures high resistance to cuts and abrasion when used on sharp edges.
The steel wire rope slings are constructed using cable compliant with the EN 12385-4 standard, protected by a crush-proof helical spring, and then coated with a PVC sheath to increase durability, protection from external agents, and operational safety. The slings are manufactured in accordance with the EN 13414-1 standard.
We also manufacture anchoring systems for stone blocks, complete with high-tenacity webbing ratchets compliant with EN 12195-2 and chain tensioners certified according to EN 12195-3.
