100% artisanal precooked bases Di Marco: flattened by hand to make the original Roman Pinsa

These are precooked Pinsa bases made entirely by hand, 100% artisanal, highly digestible and rich in taste.

The work process, after 72 hours of slow, natural rising, involves hand flattening by our specialized Pinsa-makers. Once flattened, the bases undergo a rapid precooking and are then quickly blast-chilled to preserve their flavour and freshness.

The bases are made with sourdough starter and contain neither preservatives nor additives.

Precooked Pinsa bases

Available formats are:

  • single portion 19x21 cm – made with a ball of dough with a median weight of 135 gr, ideal for street food​
  • classic 19x30 cm – made with a ball of dough with a median weight of 230 gr, ideal for plated, restaurant pizza
  • XL 19x36 cm – made with a ball of dough with a median weight of 250 gr, ideal for seated restaurant service or counter sale
  • XL60 19x60 cm – made with a ball of dough with a median weight of 375 gr, ideal for counter sale
