Valmatic is pleased to announce the official launch of Mi.Ri. Flex™, the evolution of the established Mi.Ri line, redesigned in its appearance and enhanced in performance. A semi-automatic machine designed for vertical filling, sealing, and die-cutting of pre-formed containers and vials made of pharmaceutical plastic film.
Mi.Ri. Flex™ is the ideal solution for laboratories and companies wishing to produce small batches of sterile and non-sterile vials, with maximum autonomy and ease of use. Particularly suitable for the diagnostic, cosmetic, veterinary, food, and pharmaceutical sectors, it is already successfully installed in several clean rooms or white rooms internationally.
Improved performance and flexibility
Compared to its previous model, Mi.Ri. Flex™ offers optimized vial transport, diminished waste and an even more flexible structure. It can handle dosages from 0,50 ml up to 30 ml, with a small MOQ and fast delivery times for the purchase of vials from Valmatic Head Quarters.
Valmatic directly supplies empty plastic film vials in rolls, produced in-house, offering over 30 already available molds for free to clients. The vials can be filled with liquids and oils, and with the optional DOSA unit, creamy products can also be processed, such as:
• Hair care products
• Topical creams
• Cream-based makeup
• Semi-solid dietary supplements

The Mi.Ri. Flex™ line is easy to set-up, even remotely, with installation and customized technical training included. It is intuitive to use, making it suitable even for operators without specialized experience.

The entire line is proudly Made in Italy, designed and assembled in our headquarters in Modena, ensuring on-demand technical support worldwide. We offer 2-year warranty and direct support from our specialized technicians.

plastic film vials. The single-dose vials and containers provided by Valmatic are empty, in rolls, and made of eco-sustainable recycled materials or high-performance pharmaceutical-grade materials, suitable for sterilization with gamma rays or ethylene oxide (ETO).
Thanks to its cutting-edge technology, Mi.Ri. Flex™ also produces PAPERDOSE® Multicolor, a paper-based single-dose container providing a strong sustainability message, available in volumes from 5 ml to 40 ml.
Single-dose packaging ensures zero waste and maximum hygiene, preventing any contamination between uses.
