Valmatic s.r.l. acquires Italpak s.r.l.

Italpak s.r.l. transfers 100% of its business and properties to Valmatic s.r.l.

Modena, January 2024 - Valmatic s.r.l. officially announces the acquisition of Italpak s.r.l., a Modena-based company specializing in single-dose and single-portion packaging for the food and nutraceutical sectors. Over the past 25 years, Italpak has become a trusted partner for renowned Italian and international brands.

With this transaction, Italpak s.r.l. transfers 100% of its business and properties to Valmatic s.r.l. The production lines have been relocated to the premises at Via Dante Alighieri 1/A in San Prospero, just a few meters from Valmatic' s Head Quarter at Via Turati, 5, also in San Prospero (MO).

The acquisition is part of Valmatic' s growth strategies to strengthen its presence in the third-party packaging, private label, and single-dose packaging market. "Italpak offers third-party packaging services and complete formulation of supplements in liquid and powder form. We are excited to integrate this expertise into our core business," commented Maurizio Levratti, CEO of Valmatic s.r.l. "This acquisition allows us to expand our commercial offering with even more innovative and functional packaging solutions, formulated and produced under private labels”.

The marketing of the products will be entrusted to Encanto s.r.l., a company within the Valmatic s.r.l. group, specializing in the distribution and promotion of food and nutraceutical products. The synergy between the group's companies will maximize distribution effectiveness and provide a comprehensive and punctual service that meets the needs of customers and end consumers.
