CERSAIE renews it self and opens in Bologna on September 23rd​

The world's leading trade fair for the world of ceramics, surfaces and bathroom furnishings is preparing for an edition full of meaning and messages to communicate.
The doors will open in September, from 23rd to 27th, at the Bologna exhibition center.

A strong change of look, for the logo and the image of CERSAIE, but not only. The organization wanted to give a deep signal, going to work on the concept that is at the basis of the event and on the brand. CERSAIE becomes OPEN CERSAIE.
On the site of the event you can intercept a "graphic story" video that expresses the way in which the historical logo opens up towards new, interconnected horizons, which give life to the thematic areas and the main initiatives of the fair. The message is precise: we want to open ourselves to new contaminations and inspirations, we want to network and actively respond to the challenges of the market and the world in continuous and fast evolution.

OPEN CERSAIE is based on some of the main pillars of the fair, which are articulated in a synergic way and “hook”, even figuratively now, to the new logo designed, and are:

"Building Living Thinking"
is the calendar of events for architecture;
"Archincont (r) act" is the space for international architectural projects and studies;
"Cersaie Business" brings together designers from the world;
"Cafè della Stampa" is the strategic point for interviews and meetings on design and lifestyle;
"Città della Posa" shows practical demos of laying on surfaces and machinery in action;
"Cersaie Draw your house" is the space to meet end consumers and help them understand how to redevelop their living spaces;
"Mostrarte" highlights artistic installations able to tell stories and excite;
"Cersaie for Students" is the training and information space dedicated to young designers and designers.

The introductory hat to the new edition already tells a lot, "There is the world at CERSAIE", in fact in the last edition there were 112,000 visitors, coming from 40 countries.

The showpiece is back, capable of captivating professionals and not, the exhibition-event, now a tradition for this fair. This year it is called "Famous Bathrooms" and captures design and furniture of excellence, both Italian and international, inspired by the bathrooms of famous people. Few and selected elements, orchestrated in a sensory setting, full of story-telling and suggestion.
