It is located in the industrial area of Fiorano Modenese (MO) and it is specialized both in the production of customized industrial mechanical components and in the distribution of technical standard parts.

We work in close relation with our clients’ purchasing department becoming for them their sole reference and supplier thanks to our great ability to find and manage the supply more suitable to their needs and, in a second stage, to fully take care of their production and the related deliveries program through a storage service characterized by a 2.500 square meters warehouse.

What do we offer?

SIMERTEC offers a wide range of products, from industrial components to the production and supply of special and customized mechanical parts in many different materials: alloy steel and stainless steel, aluminum, cast iron, plastic materials.

Over the years, we have been specializing in 4 main categories:

foreign production of customized mechanical parts obtained through various industrial processes, such as forging, steel castings, aluminum castings , iron castings , gravity die-castings, lost wax castings, forming, metal working, turning, milling, toothing, assembly and heat treatments;
customized mechanical machining in aluminum, steel, stainless steel, bronze and iron;
standard industrial components;
customized mechanical machining in plastic materials (PE, PVC, PA6, POM, Pet, PC, PMMA, PTFE)

We have a great experience in the supply of parts for manufacturers of food processing machines, agriculture machines, packaging and bottling machines.
