Commercial meat mincers

The TC12P/CE and TC22P/CE meat mincers consist of a grinder unit, holding unit, basin and hopper, all of which are made of stainless steel. The machines are equipped with a reverse gear switch and 24V electronic board. They are easy to use and maintain as the grinder unit can be easily extracted and all the relevant parts can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. The commercial meat mincers can also be supplied, on request, with filling funnels to make sausages.
The machines conform to all CE regulations relating to safety.

Meat and bone Saw

The meat and bone saw models SO-SM 1550 and SO-SM 1830 are designed for butchers and fishmongers, restaurants and canteens, the frozen fish and meat industries.  They are robust machines and comply with international hygienic regulations. The machine body is made in cast metal and available with nitro paint or anodized finishes. The work surface is in stainless steel and has an incorporated adjustable portion cutter.

Horizontal Sausage Fillers LT 7- LT14

These are solid, robust and practical machines. The manual sausage fillers come in four models ranging a capacity from 7 liters to 14 liters, both horizontal and vertical versions, are equipped with four different funnels to allow for the preparation of all types of sausages with the maximum efficiency.

The sausage fillers are equipped with two speeds and supplied with four interchangeable funnels for different kinds of sausages.
