Zilli & Bellini specializes in designing and manufacturing of a wide range of machines for the food industry
Zilli & Bellini was founded in 1961 and started its activity as sub-supplier of machines and components. Today, due to its proved experience, the Company is one of the main end-manufacturing machinery sites for the food industry.
The Company provides study, layout and installation of complete lines to fill and close food products into rigid containers, such as glass or plastic jars and bottles, aluminium or tin-plated cans. The container volumes range from 30 to 5000 ml for a production capacity up to 1200 cans per minute. New kind of innovative products and containers can be tested in our laboratories using one head prototypes.
From 1983 the Company expanded overseas and began to export its machinery all over the world. In particular, in the last decade the Company’s development increased with the extension of the models produced and with the concentration abroad of 80% of sales.
Being attentive towards eco-sustainable issues, Zilli & Bellini decided to invest in innovative solutions that reduce the environmental impact of the Company. With the aim of minimising emissions of carbon dioxide (CO2) a photovoltaic plant was installed in 2012.
Thanks to the solar panel system, today more than 85% of the Company’s energy needs come from renewable sources.
