Ampla has been operating in the industrial sector since 1960. It began activity by moulding plastic materials for different applications.

This type of activity is carried out for external companies and involves the design and production of plastic moulds and components.
Traditional moulds, bi-components, bi-colour moulds, gas assisted moulding, silicon moulding and technical elastomer moulding.

All of the phases are monitored according to UNI EN ISO 9001 legislation and respect quality standards.

The plastic moulding activity involves everything from the design of an item in plastic to the final product: design help or development; the correct selection of thermo-plastic materials; design of the item; prototyping; design and construction of the mould; moulding; checking and insuring quality; finishing of the item.

As well as moulding plastic materials, Ampla also proposes two product ranges, one dedicated to compressed air and one to liquids.

The air blow guns are also designed with a comfortable lever.
On request they can be customised with the name, logo and company colours of the client.

Ampla also proposes blowing systems complete with gun, spiral polyurethane tube and rotating connections.

They can be used for the effective cleaning of the cabs of industrial vehicles.
