In 2022, the company celebrated its 20th anniversary, with over 1,700 systems operating in 45 countries. FPS is recognized as a reliable partner, capable of tackling the new challenges of the pharmaceutical sector, from laboratories to pilot plants up to large-scale production.
Each system is tailor-made to perfectly integrate into the production plant and operate in synergy with the customer's equipment, respecting all regulatory and safety requirements. The entire design and manufacturing process of isolators and mills, such as JetMills and QMills, takes place at the Fiorenzuola d'Arda (PC) plant, which also hosts the Research and Development Department and the Micronization Center of Excellence (MEC).
Here, FPS Pharma experts perform accurate micronization tests to ensure the customer's target PSD and optimal set-up, using a minimum amount of API/HPAPI. This ensures efficiency, safety and minimization of operating costs.
